What personal data is collected?

NEWSLETTER: When you subscribe to the mailing list, your email address is only used to send updates about new releases and other project news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any email update, or by sending an email with “unsubscribe” in the subject line to admin@bradleyking.com.

CONTACT: When you send a message through the contact form, you will be asked to provide your name and email address, along with your message. This information is requested so that you can get a personal response in return.

Your information will never be shared with others for marketing purposes.

How is the data protected?

The information you provide is stored on secure platforms managed by third party data processors. These platforms include (but are not limited to): Squarespace, Mailchimp, and Google.

All data provided via this website is SSL encrypted before it is stored There is also a firewall in place to protect internal information from the Internet.

What rights does a subscriber have in regards to the data that is stored?

• Right of access – You have the right to ask for copies of your personal information.

• Right to rectification – You have the right to ask that your data be updated where it is inaccurate or incomplete.

• Right to erasure – You have the right to ask that data held on you is deleted.

• Right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to your data being used for a particular purpose.
